COVID-19 Update

To Our Valued Clients,

We wanted to give you an update on our response to the current corona-virus situation and how we can work together to ensure the completion and safe transfer of your finished tax returns. Also, to provide guidelines for submitting tax return information to our office.

Our office complex is currently closed to the public. However, our office is allowed to be open on a limited basis. All of us are currently working remotely most of the time in accordance with the recommendations from the governor's office. As returns are completed, we will contact you to let you know the returns are ready and offer you three different ways to receive the finished returns. If you need to reach us by phone, please leave a message on our main voice mailbox at 732-449-9600 and we will be checking for messages daily.

Option 1-We can mail the return to you with instructions and you can return the signed efile form(s) and engagement letters by mailing them back to our office.

Option 2-We can email you the returns using a secure method and you can electronically sign the forms necessary and they will get sent back to us automatically by email.

Option 3-We can place the completed return in your folder inside the client portal of our website. You can then access the return there, print out the efile form and engagement letter and return the signed forms by email, fax, or mail.

Payment Options-You can pay our invoice over the phone by credit card by leaving a message for Amy at 732-449-9600 Ext.270 or mail us a check back with the signed efile paperwork.

If you still need to drop off your tax information and need to do it in person, email me at so arrangements can be made. Other methods of exchanging tax information with us include scanning your documents and uploading them to our client portal on our website at or sending them through the mail to us.

The federal tax deadline has been postponed until July 15, 2020 and we expect a similar postponement from the State of NJ soon. Most likely until June 30, 2020. However, you should not wait to get us your tax info as we want to let you know the results as soon as possible so you can plan for any payments due or obtain refunds as quickly as possible.

During this difficult time, we are committed to serving our clients and staff with care and consideration. We will continue to monitor the situation and take precautionary measures to promote the health and safety of our staff and clients.

Thank you for being a valued client and for your continued trust as we manage through this time together. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call us at (732) 449-9600 or email us
