Our Sea Girt Office is available by advanced appointment only- Please call Maria at 732-899-3005 ext 100 to schedule an appointment or leave a detailed message on her voice mail. Appointments will be scheduled every Monday from 3:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.
Paperwork needed for tax return preparation
- W-2's and 1099's and social security statements of benefits
- Tax papers from real estate transactions (interest expense, real estate taxes, HUD-1statement)
- Sales of property, stocks, bonds, Form 1099B or 1099S, etc.
- Changes to your household ( i.e. -new child, new marital status, etc.)
- Totals for medical expenses, charitable deductions and any unreimbursed expeneses for work related items.
- Rental property income and corresponding list of expenses
- Any other important information you feel would be helpful
